Queria hacer arroz a banda, pero lo que pasa, abro la nevera y me encuentro con una sepia, gambitas y rape, entonces, al final acaba siendo un Arroz del Senyoret, que se llama asi, por la cosa de que todos los tropezones van pelados, en la foto el nombre pone Arroz a banda, pero en que pensaba yo…en mi arroz a banda…sorry!!!
What i wanted to make was Arroz a banda, but it happened that I opened my fridge and I found cuttlefish, prawns and monkfish, so finally I decided to make Arroz del senyoret (rice of gentleman) because all the ingredients but the rice comes without skin and in small pieces, so apologize me because I wrote the wrong name on the pic…
 
Ingredientes/Ingredients:
  • 1 cucharon de sopa de arroz por persona/1 ladle full of rice per person.
  • 1/2 cebolla picada/1/2 onion shreded or chopped
  • 1 tomate rallado/1 tomato chopped
  • 1 ñora
  • sepia, gambitas peladas, rape troceado/cuttlefish, small prawns, monkfish( more
  • Caldo de pescado/Fish stock
  • 1 sobre de paellero/1package paellero( is made of many different ingredients )
  • Allioli
Elaboracion/Process:
  1. En la paella ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva y vamos friendo la cebolla picada y el ajo./In the paella pan put some olive oil, three tbsp, and fry the onion and the garlic.
  2. Añadimos la sepia y el rape troceados, rehogamos un poco, y añadimos el tomate y la ñora picada./Add the cuttlefish and monkfish and stir for a while, add tomatoe and ñoras chopped.
  3. Una vez sofrito lo anterior, añadimos el arroz y lo rehogamos./Once is lightly fried, add the rice and mix it all, for one minute.
  4. Incorporamos el caldo, que llegue hasta las asas de la paella, y agregamos el sobre de paellero./Add the stock, if you have a paella pan, the level is until you touch the handles on the inside with the stock, in case you don´t, you may use 1 measure of rice-2 measure stock or water, then add your special paella spice mix.
  5. Dejamos hervir a fuego fuerte primero y luego a fuego medio durante 20 minutos, 5 minutos antes añadimos las gambas./Let it boil for 20 minutes, first high heat, and then medium heat, 5 minutes before ending add the prawns. NEVER STIR THE RICE IN THE BOILING PROCESS
  6. Dejamos reposar 5 minutos antes de servir/Let stand for 5 minutes until serving.
  7. Se sirve con allioli/Serve with allioli sauce
