Empieza la semana VAROMA,vamos a intentar resaltar sus bondades y usarla mas esta semana,te apuntas al reto?
Una de las ventajas de Thermomix es la capacidad de realizar varios platos aprovechando el vapor con su accesorio Varoma,si nos acostumbramos a usarlo veremos lo facil que resulta cocinar para mas gente en menos tiempo.

Today it starts VAROMA WEEK,we are going to highlight its benefits and use it much often this week,do you game to challenge?One of the advantages of Thermomix is the ability to perform various dishes taking advantage of the steam with its accesory VAROMA,if we get use to cook with it,we´ll see how easy it is to cook for a lot of people in less time.

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

  • 4 pechugas de pollo sin hueso y troceadas/4 skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces-
  • 1/4 taza aceite vegetal/1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 taza salsa de soja/1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 3 cucharadas azucar moreno/3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cucharadita ajo en polvo/1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cucharadita pimienta negra molida/1/4 tsp ground black pepper.HASTA AQUI MARINADO/MARINATED.
  • 500 ml agua/500 ml water
  • Arroz (40-50 gr por persona/rice(40-50 gr per person)
  • calabaza troceada/butternut squash cutted into cubes
Elaboracion/Process:
  1. Marinar el pollo con los ingredientes de marinado y dejar una hora minimo en el frigorifico./coat in a medium bowl the chicken with marinate ingredients and let it cool at least one hour in the fridge.
  2. Poner el agua en el vaso,el arroz en el cestillo,el pollo en la bandeja varoma con el liquido que ha soltado,y en la bandeja superior la calabaza,tapamos y programamos 16 min/varoma/vel 2./ Put water in TM bowl,the rice inside the steam basket,the chicken in varoma with all the juices,and in the upper tray the butternut squash,cook for 16 min /VAROMA/2 spd.
  3. Acabado el tiempo sacamos el arroz y dejamos el resto en varoma 10 min mas/varoma/vel 2. /once the time is finished,take out the rice,and keep cooking the rest for 10 min/varoma/2 spd.
  4. Quitamos el varoma y el liquido que quedo en el vaso,le añadimos,ajo en polvo,gengibre molido y una cucharadita de maicena para espesar la salsa,cocinamos 2 min,y medio/100º/vel 2. /Take out varoma,and add to the liquid inside the TM bowl,some garlic powder and ground ginger to taste,a tsp of cornstarch to thicken the sauce and cook for 2:30 min/100º/2 spd.
  5. Sirve el arroz con el pollo encima,la salsa y la calabaza de acompañamiento./Serve rice,chicken on top and butternut squash all around,cover with teriyaki sauce.
