Harina de garbanzos/Chickpeas meal

Una de las grandes ventajas de Thermomix es la capacidad que tiene de moler,puedes hacer harinas con granos diferentes,y pulverizar tus especias, con lo que los sabores se multiplican,tu elijes personalmente la finura del molido en funcion del tiempo que mueles, en este caso como voy a hacer unos falafel, he molido garbanzos secos, no los he querido extremadamente finos porque me gusta notar la textura en el rebozado.

  • 100 gr garbanzos secos/100 gr dry chickpeas.
  1. En el vaso bien seco agregar los garbanzos y triturar 30 segundos a velocidad progresiva 5-7-9./ With a very dry bowl add chickpeas and crush at progressive speed 5-7-9 for 30 sec.
