Domingo, 8 a.m, niños durmiendo, y un deseo de desayunar muffins de arándanos, suaves, tiernos, deliciosos, en 20 minutos, listos para disfrutar..
It is Sunday 8 a.m, kids sleeping, insane desire of a breakfast with hot chocolate, and tender, fluffy and delicious blueberry muffins…in 20 minutes, ready to enjoy them!
Ingredientes/Ingredients:

 

  • 120 gr mantequilla a temperatura ambiente/ 120 gr butter(1/2 cup) at room temperature
  • 200 gr azucar/200 gr granulated sugar(1 cup)
  • 2 huevos grandes/2 large eggs
  • 1 cucharadita extracto vainilla/1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cucharaditas levadura quimica/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cucharadita sal/ 1/4 tsp salt
  • 240 gr harina reposteria/ 240 gr all purpose flour(2 cups)
  • 120 gr leche/120 gr milk(1/2 cup)
  • 250 gr arandanos azules frescos o congelados/250 gr blueberries, fresh or frozen.
Elaboracion/Process:
  1. Thermomix:En el vaso pon la mantequilla y el azucar y mezcla, 15 seg/vel 4. /In TM bowl put butter and sugar and mix 15 sec/spd 4.
  2. Añade los huevos,la vainilla y mezcla otros 10 seg/vel 4./Add eggs,vanilla and mix for 10 sec/spd 4.
  3. Añade la harina, la levadura,la sal, y la leche,mezcla 10 seg/vel 4, usa la espatula para unir lo que este en las paredes./Add flour, baking powder, milk,and salt,mix for 10 sec/spd 4, use your spatula tu scrap the sides of your bowl.
  4. Añade los arandanos y mezcla,5 seg/giro izquierda/vel 3. /Add blueberries and mix 5 sec/reverse/spd 3.
  5. Con el horno precalentado a 180 grados,hornea en un molde de muffins, unos 20 minutos./With preheated oven at 370F bake for 20 min.
