Hoy es sabado, y en cuestion de comida voy a relajarme un poco o sino mi familia me estirara las orejas, asi que mi comida de hoy es una carbonara, eso si, la verdura que no falte, le aporta un toque fresco y diferente!
Today is saturday, and I need to relax with my “healthy food” otherwise my family will get angry with me a little bit, so today I have made Carbonara, which I love, but in a different way, adding some asparagus, mmmtasty and different!

 

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

  • 200 gr cebolla cortado en cuartos/200 gr onion cut in quarters
  • 120 gr bacon en tiras/120 gr bacon cut in small slices
  • 20 gr mantequilla/20 gr butter
  • 10 gr aceite de oliva/10 gr olive oil
  • 1 ramillete esparragos trigueros cortados en trozos de 3 cm/7 green asparagus cut into small pieces, 3 cm.
  • 200 gr nata liquida/200 gr heavy cream
  • sal/salt
  • 1/4 cucharadita pimienta negra/1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pellizco nuez moscada molida/A pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • 200 gr agua/200 gr water
  • 200 gr pasta corta/200 gr short pasta

Elaboracion/Process:

  1. Pon en el vaso la cebolla y trocea 3 seg/vel 5./ Add onion into the bowl and chop 3 sec/spd 5.
  2. Añade el bacon, la mantequilla, el aceite.Mete el cestillo con los esparragos dentro y programe 14 min/varoma/giro inverso/vel cuchara./Add bacon, butter and oil.place basket inside the bowl with the asparagus in the basket, cook for 14 min/varoma/reverse/spd spoon.
  3. saca el cestillo, añade la nata, la sal ,la pimienta, la nuez moscada, el agua y los esparragos(reserve las yemas).Remove basket from the bowl, add heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, water and the asparagus with no head.
  4. Añade la pasta por el bocal, y cocine 7 min/100º/giro inverso/vel cuchara/ Add pasta and cook for 7 min/100º/reverse/spd spoon.
  5. Cuando falten 2 minutos añade las yemas de los esparragos./When remaining 2 minutes add head of the asparragus.
  6. Sirve inmediatamente/Serve inmediately.
