Ah la pizza, esa tentacion con forma redonda, que a mi personalmente me chifla, mi favorita es la de pepperoni o la 4 quesos, pero como ahora tengo que meter verduras en todos mis platos, no voy a renunciar a mi “cheat meal” una vez cada quince dias, eso me hace seguir con el entreno y mi nueva alimentacion con mas fuerza, por ello os dejo la pizza que comimos hace poco.
Pizza, that tentacion round shaped, one of my favorite meals, I could eat pizza anytime, anywhere, pepperoni or 4 cheeses are my beloved pizza, but as now I am in a new healthy life, I just don´t want to give up eating pizza once in a while, this one I know you´ll gonna love it.

Ingredientes:
masa/dough: 

  • 200 ml agua/200 ml water
  • 20 gr levadura fresca para pan/20 gr bread yeast
  • 400 gr harina/400 gr flour
  • 40 gr aceite de oliva/40 gr olive oil
  • pellizco de sal/ pinch of salt
Topping:
  • tomate para pizza/ passata or any pizza sauce
  • queso mozzarella/mozzarella cheese
  • brocoli,pimiento rojo,tomate cherry/brocoli, red bell pepper, cherry tomato, or any vegetables of your choice.
  • oregano
Elaboracion/Process:
  1. Añade los ingredientes en thermomix y mezcla 10 seg/vel 5. Add all ingredientes into the bowl and mix 10 sec/spd 5-
  2. Amasa 2 min/vel espiga/knead dough for 2 min/interval speed.
  3. deja reposar la masa media hora o hasta que doble el volumen/let the dough rise for half an hour or until it double its volumen.
  4. Estira la masa, precalienta el horno a maxima potencia, y coloca los ingredientes, en un molde de pizza aceitado, masa, tomate, queso y verduras, hornea hasta que este dorada./ Form into pizza shape, preheat oven at maximum power, in a pizza pan put pizza dough, passata,cheese and veggies, and bake until its golden brown.
