Pollo al ajillo Varoma Thermomix/Garlic Chicken TM Varoma

Como me prometi, estoy usando el Varoma mas esta semana, y en consecuencia mas sano, esta receta es ideal porque es barata y sabrosa, una combinacion necesaria hoy en dia, yo he tenido tiempo y he dejado marinado el pollo toda la noche, pero si lo haceis un par de horas os vale.
As I promised myself, I am using much more Varoma this week, and in consequence more healthy dinners,this recipe is ideal becuase it´s cheap, tasty,a necessary combination today,I have ha the time and I left marinated chicken overnight,but if you do it a couple of hours it´s worth.
 
Ingredientes/Ingredients:
  • 8 muslitos de pollo/8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cebolla/1 onion
  • 5 dientes de ajo/ 5 garlic cloves
  • perejil fresco/fresh parsley
  • 50 gr aceite de oliva/50 gr olive oil
  • tomillo/thyme
  • 30 gr vinagre/30 gr vinegar
  • 50 gr vino blanco/50 gr white wine
  • 1/2 cdta pimienta/1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 pastilla caldo pollo/1 chicken stock(
  • 1/2 cubilete agua/ 1/2 MC water
Elaboracion/Process:
  1. Ponemos todos los ingredientes menos el pollo, programamos 5 seg/vel 5./Put all ingredients but chicken in the bowl and mix 5 sec/spd 5.
  2. Metemos el pollo en una bolsa de asar y introducimos la mezcla anterior, cerramos, y marinamos de 2 horas a toda la noche./ Put chicken inside a oven bag, and add the mixture, let it cool in the fridge from 2 hours or more, better overnight.
  3. Ponemos 1,5 l de agua en el vaso, y la bolsa con el pollo en el varoma, programamos 40 min/varoma/vel1./ Put 1,5 l water in your TM bowl, the chicken on varoma, put varoma on your lid, and cook 40 min/varoma/spd 1.
  4. Una vez acabado, quitamos la tapa con cuidado de no quemarnos,giramos la bolsa al otro lado, y programamos 35 min/varoma/vel 1. /Once time is finished, remove varoma lid, be careful with the steam, and turn oven bag upside down, cover again, and cook 35 min/varoma/vel 1.
  5. Sacamos los muslitos y los colocamos en la bandeja de servir, vaciamos el agua del vaso, y echamos el jugo de dentro de la bolsa en el vaso./ Take out chicken from the bag, put them in the serving plate, remove water from the bowl, and add juice from inside the bag.
  6. Trituramos en vel progresiva 5-7-10/ 1 min., cocinamos 2 min y medio/varoma/vel 2. / blend in progressive speed 5-7-10/1 min., then cook for 2,5 min/varoma/spd 2.
  7. Servimos el pollo con la salsa encima y acompañamos con patatas o arroz./Serve chicken with the sauce on top. and serve with rice or potatoes.
