Pudding de Ensaimada y Sirope de Arce/Ensaimada and maple syrup pudding

Hoy sabia que queria cocinar algo dulce, tambien sabia que no iba a ir al super a por ingredientes y lo mejor es que llevo odiando unas ensaimadas en la alacena desde hace dias, y entonces se unieron los astros y hornee un pudding!!!

Today I knew that I wanted to bake something sweet, and also that I did not feel like going to the supermarket, and the best is that I have been hating some “Ensaimadas(typical mallorquin sweet) that were in the kitchen long time ago, then I decided to bake a pudding!
  • 4 huevos/4 eggs
  • 300 ml leche/ 300 ml milk
  • 60 gr azucar/60 gr sugar
  • 2 ensaimadas pequeñas/2 small ensaimadas
  • 1 chorro de Hershey´s Chocolate Syrup
  • Sirope de Arce/Maple Syrup
  1. Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados/ Preheat the oven at 350 F.
  2. Mezcla todos los ingredientes, excepto el sirope./Combine all the ingredients but the Maple Syrup.
  3. En un molde apto para el horno, no muy grande, pon en la base sirope de arce y añade la mezcla.In a baking pan, pour in the bottom our maple syrup, and add the eggs mixture.
  4. Hornea 30-35 minutos. Bake for 30-35 min.
  5. Enfria/Put in the refrigerator.
